How do I order something from NE-Winkel? Ordering is done in 2 simple steps:

    • First, find the product you want to buy.

    • You can now continue shopping or continue with ordering.
  2. Validate and pay
    • Choose one of our payment methods.
    • You get an overview of your order.
    • Is everything correct?
    • Pay. Well, it must also happen :-).
  3. Ready!
    • Thank you. Your order has been placed, you just have to wait. until it’s delivered.

If the order button on the product page is not present and it is indicated that the product is sold out then we do not have the product in stock. Contact our customer service.

After your package has left our warehouse, you follow it via the track & trace link on the website of the delivery service of your order. You can find this link in the shipping confirmation.
